US First Lich King-10 Kill by Blood Legion Blood Legion defeated the Lich King yesterday and proved to the rest of the world that the Lich King can die. I’m not going to say “OH GOD WORLD FIRST” because you’re all going to yell at me, but it’s a good start and we’ll probably see a 25-man kill very soon

A 7-minute YouTube clip pieces together sound files mined from the latest build of Patch 3.3 PTR . The sound files feature the Lich King delivering lines from Icecrown Citadel 5-man and raid dungeons, as well as the Shadowmourne quest line.

Sound files in Patch 3.3 uncovered over at MMO Champion have got players all abuzz. In particular, lore-nerds who have listened to the sound files and put them together in the most reasonably coherent fashion are going nuts over the possibilities and implications. Tissue-sniffling, underpants-changing nuts.

The expected race change feature is now active on the Account Management page , at least on the US realms.

Icecrown Raid Recipes Five of the recipes available from Icecrown Citadel have been updated with stats as of the latest PTR build. Their item levels were also increased, so you can probably expect the same for the rest of the items once they’re finished. The art for the items are still placeholder, so I’m not going to bother taking screenshots of it.

What a week for WoW news, eh? Not only did we get a very intriguing sneak preview of the Icecrown Citadel 5-mans , but we also got a fresh new PTR Patch . From there, the patch notes and game files revealed a lot of pretty juicy stuff.
