October, as with August, was mostly a lot of news reporting. The patch 3.3 PTR dropped on October 1st and everyone went nuts for the last (we think) major content patch of Wrath of the Lich King . Next up?

BlizzCon , BlizzCon, BlizzCon! That’s pretty much what August was all about — well, that and patch 3.2 .

Last week, some PvP minded It came from the Bloggies got together for our first Battleground Bonanza . We split into groups according to our level brackets and had some Battleground fun. Mike Schramm lead the 20s group and I lead the 60s group.

Like new content? Of course it’s more of a rhetorical question — proven scientific research tells us that everyone likes new content. For those of you not on the PTRs yourself, the WoW.com team is there for you, running the latest Icecrown dungeon, the Halls of Reflection .

Curse has recently released version 4 of their addon client to open beta. This is a major overhaul from their current client both in looks and functionality. It adds features such as change logs, settings backup, addon package creation, and a healthy dose of added security.

The Eastern Kingdoms were flamed and we had fun doing it. Our It came from the Blog event last Saturday was actually two events: an all levels event followed by a mounted/flightpathed event.

There’s a chance we may all be in the gravest peril — and that’s the excuse I’m going to give for nearly no one on the team playing World of Warcraft this weekend. So what’s the peril today
