If Patch 2.4 of Blizzard’s World of Warcraft has gotten you all excited, that’s good. Player Daniel Whitcomb has some sobering news for you, however: there are convinced things you simply cannot do yet, as much as you’d like to.

And why not? Breaks aside, Whitcomb said that these WoW options will only be unlocked with either day of completed dailies. They include:

• Teleporting directly to Quel’danas from Shattrath: Once the Shattered Sun Offensive starts, a Shattrath daily will start. It will send players to the Blade’s Edge Mountains to gather Smuggled Mana Cells. The portal will seem after abundant players do the daily.
• Buying badge loot: Once the Armory itstaken, Smith Hauthaa will seem. Players may soon after complete her daily and bring her much-needed ore. Again, more is good.
• Buying epic gems for badges: Whitcomb has reported that WoW players will have to wait for the retaking of the Island. They’ll additionally need to gather Razorthorn root for Ma’arnah and Shaani.
• Killing Kil’jaeden: Blizzard reportedly plans to gradually unlock the Sunwell Plateau (and thus, the bosses of the place) at set intervals.

Looks like Blizzard would have us be a little more patient. Nevertheless, Whitcomb maintains that there’s plenty of other stuff to keep World of Warcraft players busy until soon after. Examples include the various daily quests and conquering Magister’s Terrace.
