The purpose of Ritual of Refreshment in World of Warcraft
Written by .

Ritual of Refreshment in World of Warcraft - Image 1Blizzard’s recent World of Warcraft Public experiment Realm 2.3.0 patch notes stated that the mage’s upcoming skill called the Ritual of Refreshment requires two units of arcane powder. Since Conjure Water and Conjure Food allow that class to create either food or water for the raid with no spell components, some members of the class have begun to question the necessity of adding that new ability.

Blizzard Poster/Community Manager Bornakk answered the players saying that the new spell will be saving raid parties a lot of moment since the mage no longer has to cast spells individual water and food spells multiple times. In addition to that, he plus pointed out that players will only need one slot for food and water unlike before making it a useful upgrade to the current skill set they have now.

Bornakk made some pretty good points and quite a number of the mages on the forum community agreed with him on his assessment of the new skill. From all indications, Ritual of Refreshment will be a Raid staple spell when patch 2.3.0 becomes available.
