It appears that another possible improvement has been spotted for World of Warcraft’s upcoming patch 2.4 update. According to Boubouille of the MMO-Champion site, two new teleportation portals were added, allowing players to travel to Theramore and Stonard.

It’s unclear whether that will be part of an event, or whether they’ll be permanent additions to the mage’s menagerie of spells. Here’s a screenshot of the new portals:

On a related bit of news, some are speculating that that possible new portals may be hinting at a possible access point to Northrend via these two new locations. We’ll be marking that info with a rumor tag until more substantial info can be found, or whether Blizzard lets loose with a related update announcement.
